Accessibility Declaration

Our company operates and promotes the issue of accessibility accompanied by the Accessibility Israel Association.

We consider customers with disabilities equal rights customers who are entitled to enjoy full access to the company's assets and services.

Our goal is to enable every customer with or without disability an equal and accessible service.

This part of our website will  let you know how to enjoy the company's accessibility arrangements.

Accessibility arrangements

Accessibility arrangements of the building where the offices are located

• You can enter the offices with a service animal

• You can enter the offices with a scooter

• Disabled parking in an underground parking lot in Business Park.

Disabled parking for a high car is on level 0 parking for a normal disabled vehicle is on level -1

• Access roads to the building – without obstacles – are accessible (enter from the main entrance to the building's lobby from Jewish Street or from the elevators in the parkinglot).

• Disabled services – existingly accessible on each floor.

• Wide passages are regulated.

• Directional signage - yes.

Web site accessibility

An accessible website is a site that allows people with disabilities and older people to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as users. About 20 to 25 percent of the population encounter difficulties using the Internet and may benefit from more accessible Internet content, according to a 2003 study by Microsoft. Machloul believes  and works to equal opportunities in the internet space for those with diverse disabilities and/or who use computer use assistive technologies.

Accessible Site Character

The "Accessible Site" character is an initiative of the "Access Israel" association and the Israeli Internet Association. The character is placed on sites where the necessary adjustments have been made to make them accessible to people with disabilities. The purpose of placing the character is to promote public awareness of accessibility to the Internet and to inform the surfers of the site about itsaccessibility.

Site Accessibility

This site complies with the Requirements of the Equal  Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service AccessIbility Adjustments), 5733 2013. The site complies with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (T.I.5568) for accessibility of content on the Internet at the AAA level  and the recommendations of the  WCAG2.0 document fromW3C. Also, adapted for display in common browsers and for the use of the cellular phone.

Repairs made

On this site, rigorous accessibility adjustments were made, including semantic and informative implementation for assistive technologies, navigation and operation determination with only a keyboard according to the recommendations of the International Network Standardization Organization (W3C),  color adjustments, and addition of auxiliary labels and guidelines in forms for the benefit of all users.

It should be noted that despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, the attached documents such as  PDF, Word, Excel)and videofiles) are still in the making of it andwe are working to complete it.
