Michlol is proud to support national efforts to protect and preserve the environment by initiating and managing dedicated "Green Office" projects at its customers' sites. In cooperation with the Israel Ministry of Environmental Protection, Michlol serves as an important link between government and its customers, aimed at transforming every office into a "Green Office."

As part of this important activity, Michlol's management and staff initiates, promotes and encourages the establishment of recycling bins and "green" areas at its customers' sites that includes:

• Collect and recycle soft drink cans.
• Collect and recycle paper, fluorescent bulbs, printer toners, batteries, magnetic media, oils and thinners .
• Separate trash - establish recycling facilities and burying trash at authorized sites.
• Implement work methods and train customers and their employees to take an active part in recycling and environmental protection.
• Educate customers on the "smart" energy saving methods in the workplace.
• Reduce the use of non-perishable materials .
• Decrease the use of toxic insecticides and encourage the use of biologically safe alternatives.
• Use environmentally-friendly substances that do not harm the ozone.
• Encourage customers and suppliers to engage in activities that will improve the environment.
• Partner and work closely with leading recycling companies in Israel and abroad.
