A bank of hours can be purchased at a reduced price, and used as needed, without any obligation.
Handyman service can be ordered as needed, and charged per work hour.
Materials may be purchased and ordered through us - we buy materials, tools and equipment for our clients, such as light bulbs, paints, shelves, screws, handles, trash cans, recycling stands, cartons, signs, cups, paper, transportation carts, ladders, and more.
Our maintenance workers arrive equipped with proper work tools, toolboxes, ladders, carts, clothing and required equipment.
Maintenance workers at Michlol receive regular training on work safety, safety monitors, first aid, etc.
All activity is controlled and accompanied by a safety official. The company maintains a permanent safety committee, and committee representatives tour all sites to ensure a safe and legal work process in all of its phases.
