Michlol provides a wide range of on-call maintenance solutions and service options:

Bank of hours - purchased at a reduced price and used on an "as needed" basis, without obligation.
Handyman service - ordered as required and priced per hour.
Office equipment & supplies - may be ordered and purchased via Michlol: light bulbs, paint, shelves, screws, handles, trash cans, recycling stands, cardboard boxes, wall/door signs, paper/plastic cups, printer paper, trolleys, ladders, and more.
Michlol's maintenance workers arrive equipped with appropriate work tools, toolboxes, ladders, carts, clothing and required equipment; all maintenance workers receive regular training on work safety, safety monitors, and first aid.
All maintenance activities are supervised and accompanied by a safety official; Michlol maintains a permanent safety committee, and committee representatives tour all sites to ensure a safe and legal work process through to project completion.
